Good question.
The answer is “it depends.”
To elaborate, it depends on what *you* prefer yourself and which type of statement resonates most with you. I sense you already have a feeling for it.
So, in a technical sense, a subjective statement will often be more meaningful and impactful to the person employing it. Objective/more general/less personalised statements can still be effective, however.
By all means, experiment with it. You can make it more triggered – e.g. “from now on, I feel extremely happy meeting new women.”
You might find it useful to consider what experiences you are wishing to create and what any statement (or set of statements) is helping to bring into being.
