Subjective VS Objective statements

Hello, I would like to know if it is preferable to create subjective statements instead of objective ones.
“I am extremely happy when I meet new women”
“I am a social person that feels good meeting new women”
The second one has a more discriptive and objective vibe
The first seems like something that someone would think when their are in that situationMarch 8, 2019 at 1:16 am#26469Paul McCabePSTEC Pro and Forum Moderator
The answer is “it depends.”
To elaborate, it depends on what *you* prefer yourself and which type of statement resonates most with you. I sense you already have a feeling for it.
So, in a technical sense, a subjective statement will often be more meaningful and impactful to the person employing it. Objective/more general/less personalised statements can still be effective, however.
By all means, experiment with it. You can make it more triggered – e.g. “from now on, I feel extremely happy meeting new women.”
You might find it useful to consider what experiences you are wishing to create and what any statement (or set of statements) is helping to bring into being.
I hope that helps.
All the best,

Every time I meet a woman I realize how happy I am
The more women I meet the more happy I feel
I am now completely happy if I meet women or don't
I now feel so much happier as every moment passes
I now find myself feeling completely happy with everything I do
I notice a new and wonderful desire to feel happy and relaxed
