Thanks for posting and sorry for the late reply.
In general, it is much better to focus the tapping Accelerators on what you perceive to be a problem (e.g. a behaviour, memory, thought, belief, or emotion), as it gives your subconscious something more tangible to latch onto.
Then, just tap along. You may find that other memories come into your awareness.
