getting comfortable with mirror

      In addition to having dislike for my appearance I also have lots of emotions, memories, failures, worthlessness, despair etc.come up when I look in the mirror. From what I know you can work with this using pstec by imagining looking yourself in mirror and recalling those emotions. However I am not able to recall those, or not at least to that intensity, while not looking in the mirror. So my pstec sessions for this doesn't seem to be effective i.e. I do sessions with pstec and next day or later during the day if I go back to the mirror the same thing happens. Would have been helpful perhaps if I could do the pstec sessions while looking in the mirror as the memories are playing, even though I don't know the memories I have the  emotions, but the sessions suggest to close your eyes. Any ideas?

        Hi gentle_p

        Just try it, looking at  a mirror. As long as you are feeling the emotions you want to clear I think it will work for you.
