Ah, then do 2 minutes at a time and then do another 2 minutes… then another 2 minutes… and another…
When your focus and concentration seems to break, just TRY HARD to get it back… TRY HARD AS YOU CAN.
As you do this more, you will find yourself having better and better concentration and all along the way just TRY HARD as you can… that is the key!
