Jeff,
you said the important part is concentrating, for the whole 30 min. I have a really difficult time concentrating for 2 min. let alone 30. What would you suggest about that?Jeff Harding
Ah, then do 2 minutes at a time and then do another 2 minutes… then another 2 minutes… and another…
When your focus and concentration seems to break, just TRY HARD to get it back… TRY HARD AS YOU CAN.
As you do this more, you will find yourself having better and better concentration and all along the way just TRY HARD as you can… that is the key!
