Hey guys,
Been struggling on craving feelings. I don't want to be specific about the habit I am trying to break but lets say I'm trying to stop cravings of cigs or eating sweets. I can't just tap on “how good it would feel to have one feeling” cuz its doesn't go away. I have been experimenting a lot and might have found a way:
-Imagine denying myself what I want – I simply can't have it. Then imagine the anger, frustration, impatience and try to tap on these feelings. Am I doing it right? whats your advice?
Try to CT all of the negative feelings you get after you “indulge” shame, guilt, regret, frustration etc.
Interesting real or imagined those feelings?
