PSTEC "negative" Belief Blasters – no tapping, no sounds ?

Hello everyone !

I am french speaking and I started PSTEC training in french. I am disappointed because no one answers our questions. I hope I will have more luck on this english forum

In the french version of PSTEC negative, there is no tapping or sounds unlike other audio tracks. Is this normal and why ?

Yes it's normal
Don't do any tapping, it's not required. It's different from the click tracks.
Just try hard to believe the belief and keep on repeating it in your head. Also try hard to feel the feeling of the belief too.

Are you sure it's PSTEC Negative?
As far as I know, in French, they have only done Belief Blasters.
Although they work toward the same goal or result, the process is quite different.

Hello Jeff,

I don’t know the difference. In french it’s called PSTEC Negative and its purpose is to erase negative beliefs. We choose a negative belief, we formulate it in the past, and we listen to the instructions of the audio track. So Belief Blasters or PSTEC Negative ?

That is a clue that it's Belief Blasters and, again, quite different from the instructions for PSTEC Negative, but I wanted to be sure of what package you have and that you have the correct instructions.  Seems so.

But, as xman said, no tones or tapping needed.
