        Hi Nick… Tim explains it in the therapist tutorial that is a part of the Level 1 Package.
        If you are just starting out with the Click Tracks, no need to worry about using the stretch.  If you have Level 1, review the therapist tutorial again… it's probably a good idea anyway.  :D

        The stretch is an alternative for those using the Click Tracks very, very, VERY extensively.  But, I believe, in truth, it's not really an issue.  I have seen many, many people use PSTEC extensively for very complex issues requiring more than the average number of “sessions” with their Click Tracks and no problems.

        So, keep clickin' … no worries!
