Real or Imagined

      I am not clear what you mean by imagined not sure whether this applies to feelings or memories or future events.  Can anyone clarify this for me.

      I have to say that listening to the instructions on an audio is quite hard as I am a very visual person and like to see instructions written to understand them clearly.

        Hi Liz,

        My understanding of an imagined event is just that…one that you imagine in the future.  For example, if you have an intense fear of public speaking, you would imagine yourself up in front of a large group of people giving a speech, feeling the intense fear and “getting into” the moment as strongly as possible while running the click tracks.  I hope that helps!
