Wow so lost with it all at the moment its a little dizzying.
I am used to TFT ans EFT, chunking down into memories, emotions, beliefs, tapping them out then seeing what is left or if there is any other attachements to the issue then proceed tapping again.
1. Is there a track that deals with big chunks like that?
2. Do you extrapolate experiences before you use PSTEC?
3. I understand no one person is alike how they function best with PSTEC, but would be a most effective way to use it?
4. Over arching statements vs specific statements, eg. I dont deserve anything in life vs i dont deserve good relationships, i dont deserve to be wealthy ect. Would it be better to use pstec on the overarching statement or be more specific?
I have had experience with the tracks before i lost them all in a move and have no way of getting them back.
From memory i used the accelerators, cascade release, negative track, and the free tracks but its been so long since i had used them but there was some success with it in reducing any anguish going on at the time.
Any hints tips or ideas would be most welcomed

However, there are so many ways to modify this approach and you will find YOUR way when you stick at it. The key thing is that you follow the instructions, as they are, and not mix in elements from other modalities. Once you are familiar with the whys and wherefores of PSTEC, you can experiment, of course.
I recommend that you familiarise with the instructions on the Free Click Tracks and work through some smaller issues initially. This will get you acquainted with the process again: http://bit.ly/pstecclicktracks
There is a wealth of information on the forum, so you could put in a search for the particular issue you are seeking to resolve. You can also ask any questions and you will get an answer.

It sounds like you have most of the core tracks, so could really dissolve a lot of issues if you put in some time every day, or even when you can. If you have lost the tracks, I recommend emailing support to see if you can get any assistance with retrieving the downloads.
If you do not have these yet, Click Tracks 2015 (http://bit.ly/clicktrack2015) are Tim's newest and most advanced Click Tracks. They can help you deal with multiple memories and imagined outcomes, linked to one emotion, and neutralise them en-masse. In this way, you could target an emotion like anger and neutralise every experience you can remember or imagine where anger is produced.
For beliefs, you can use PSTEC Negative, which you already have. There is a newer option too: the Belief Blasters package (http://bit.ly/beliefblasters) was released last year and the tracks do not require any tapping and are, by common consensus, much easier to use than PSTEC Negative.
