Is it more effective to do the tapping while i am actually living the emotional trigger?
For example, if I feel weird in a class full of people, doing a tapping sequence in that class.
Or if I feel intimidated with hot women, doing the tapping when I feel the trigger in the bus stop or public transportation when I am getting the feeling.
Another question. Is it effective to tap without the audio with Tims voice? Just tapping in different rythms and imaging the tapping sequence in my head.
