Using No More Anger, Embracing Change and no more anxiety

Im using pstec everyday at the moment mainly 2015 Click Tracks, Belief Blasters and PQT.
Just wondering, it is worth listing to no more anger, embracing change and no more anxiety throughout ghout the day in addition? Or is that time better spent on “traditional” PSTEC tools?
I do worry about things hence anxiety relief.
I do have serious anger issues.
And embracing change I guess could help anyone.

I listened to both tracks many months.WHats important is that you listen carefully to the words, really focus on them think and feel the worst situations you can remember or imagine could happen in the future. Re wally feel the feelings the whole time.July 2, 2019 at 8:07 am#26611xman9999PSTEC User
