Hi everybody,
I would like to use CT on lightheadedness.
Since I have and can feel it only while walking,is it OK to use CT while walking with my eyes open?
Thanks in advanceApril 5, 2015 at 2:27 pm#24073Peter BunyanPSTEC Uservlatat
The Click Tracks work best when you can focus really hard on the issue/memory. Hence we usually suggest somewhere comfortable and quiet. Working with eyes closed also allows more focus. Having said that if you want to try it outside walking then give it a go and let us know how you get on, it may not be so effective but if that's what it takes… Take some care of your personal safety make it somewhere big and open so you don't have to worry about walking into things or people and be well away from traffic. Have someone walk with you.
