I have been using pstec now for about 2 weeks to clear anxiety issues and i find that my blood pressure seems to have risen., is this normal. I would be happy if someone could give me some insight into this.

THIS IS DEFINITELY ONE FOR JEFF, BUT IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE ISSUES YOU ARE WORKING WITH ARE BRINGING STRESS INTO FOCUS? OR ARE YOU PUTTING STRESS ON YOUR RESULTS USING PSTEC? AND- ARE YOU DRINKING ENOUGH WATER WHILE DOING ENERGY WORK? YOU MUST STAY HYDRATED. A LITTLE EXERCISE OR STRETCHING IS ALSO GOOD, YOUR YOGA PERHAPS.
HOW IS THE ANXIETY ISSUE OVERALL?
I THINK I WOULD TAP ON THE ANXIETY OF HAVING ELEVATED BLOOD PRESSURETHEN DO PSTEC FOR IT ALSO. DO YOU MEDITATE? LET ME KNOW HOW THIS IS GOING– IF YOU WANT A LITTLE DISTANCE HEALING ON THIS MATTER- JUST ASK.

It definitely has to do with the pstec because i did not have it before. I have a lot of anxiety issues some very deep, so i think this is my body;s reaction to it; as long as i know that it is only a short term thing it will be worth the effort. I really have not been drinking much water while doing it, how much would you recommend. Please send some distant healing i would be very greatful. I believe a little rain must fall before thing s get better. Look forward to your reply.
I have only been using the pstec for over a week now, and my blood pressure too is up, as is my anxiety levels, interestingly enough. I too have very deep anxiety issues, but I have also felt much relief after doing some pstec work. I'm wondering now if when I start working on something and I don't get it all the way down to zero before I end the session, or all of the aspects, that maybe other aspects of the issue, then come forward and create more anxiety and cause the blood pressure to rise. or maybe it is the detox effect, as the body deals with the release of the emotions and chemicals.
I have a few “Healing Touch Quick Steps” that I use when my body is really feeling the anxiety, and they work wonders for getting me back to feeling calm and peaceful. If you are interested, let me know, and I will email them to you.
It has been my experience with EFT also that if I do a really powerful healing, that my body goes into a calm but energetic feel great, place, but within a few hours to a day, the anxiety is worse than when I began. I think its just the bodies way of letting us know it wants more work done, and eventually it will all settle down. PSTec feels like a very powerful tool, and hopefully with some experimenting, we will find the best way to use it, that works for each of us.

YOU LETTER IS GREAT! YOU ARE DOING SUPER WELL, AND I AGREE, IT IS THE BODY ADJUSTING, AND ALSO SAY “MORE”, BUT DO GIVE ALL TIME TO SETTLE AND ASSIMILATE. I DO A TON OF ENERGY WORK AND IT TAKES A LOT OF ENERGY TO CREATE CLEAR ENERGY. I AM ALWAYS TELLING PEOPLE, IT IS A LOT LESS ENERGY TO WORK AT SOMETHING PHYSICAL , LIKE PLOWING A FIELD.

IT IS RECOMMENDED TO NORMALLY DRINK DAILY THE AMOUNT IN OUNCES THAT EQUALS HALF YOUR BODY WEIGHT. SO IF YOU WEIGHED 160 LBS. THAT WOULD BE 80 OUNCES. MAKE SURE YOU GET THIS, BUT ADD AN EXTRA ONE OR TWO GLASSES, IF POSSIBLE, WHEN DOING HEALING. YOUR FLUSHING OUT ALL THOSE TOXIC POSITION THAT HAVE BEEN HELD SO LONG AND ENERGY IS MOVING. IF YOU ARE NOT ACCUSTOMED TO WATER DRINKING REGULARLY, AND MOST PEOPLE ARE NOT, IT CAN TAKE A BIT OF EFFORT- BUT WITH A LITTLE PRACTICE- IT BECOMES LIKE BREATHING. WHICH REMINDS ME, BEFORE YOU START ANY ENERGY WORK, TAKE A MINUTE OR TO JUST TO BREATHE, AT MINIMUM THREE LONG INHALES AND EXHALES SLOWLY. A GOOD RECOMMENDATION I HAVE HEARD IS– INHALE INTO YOUR DIAPHRAGM TO THE COUNT OF 10, HOLD BREATH TO THE COUNT OF 20, EXHALE TO COUNT OF 5. PLAY WITH THIS- IT CENTERS YOU, GETS YOU RELAXED AND READY.

These touches that I am about to share here, comes from a wonderful book by Barbara J. Semple. Its a picture and guide book called Instant Healing, and it is acuholds on the different meridians in the body, to help in bringing health to many different areas. The touches that I will be sharing is under the heading of “High De-Anxiety”, but just to let you know, there are also touches for many other areas, such as, Adrenal Health, Circulation, Emotional Balancing, Hormonal Health, Pain Relief, Thyroid Health, Weight Loss Ease, and more. So here are the ones for High De-Anxiety.
1. The Complete Breath Hug: Cross your arms and tuck your hands into each opposite arm pit, with your thumbs resting flat on your chest. Lower your shoulders, and count 36 complete breaths. That is 36 inhales and exhales. Breathe through your nose, totally relax and just be present with your breath and body.
2. Central Connection: Place right hand flat on top of head and left hand on the tip of the pubic bone. Relax your shoulders, arms and hands and just be with your bodies natural way of healing for up to five minutes for each different quick step.
Then leaving the left hand on the tip of the public bone, move the right hand down to cover the coccyx or tailbone. If this is difficult because of mobility issues, you can use the back of the hand to cover the tailbone also. This is also a good one to do lying down, if its more comfortable, it helps me relax and go to sleep more easily.
3. Use Your Life Well: Cross your left foot onto your right knee, and place your right hand on your little toe and place your other hand flatly on the center tip of your pubic bone. Relax your shoulders, hands and fingers, and breathe comfortably for up to five minutes, then do the other side, just reversing the foot and hand holds.
4. Waist Up-Waist Down Harmony: Place right fingertips on your left elbow and your left hand on your opposite (right) mid thigh. Relax and breathe for up to five minutes, then switch hands and do the other side.
5. Calms Nervous System: Rest your right hand on your upper thigh (either thigh, it doesn't matter) and place your left hand over the right wrist and just relax for up to five minutes Then switch positions.
6. Personal Analgesic: Place foot on opposite knee and hold the inside and outside of your ankle bones, making sure the right hand is always on the inside of your ankle. Relax your shoulders, arms and hands and breathe comfortably for up to five minutes, then switch positions and do the other side, for the same amount of time. Again, making sure your right hand is always on the inside of your ankle. Barbara says in her book that this one may help harmonize feelings of panic as well as pain.
In this book, Barbara shares 50 different holds, for a large variety of ailments, and they have never failed to help me feel relaxed and calm. This is not the author's suggestion, but mine. I often do this while watching TV, reading or listening to a telesemminar on line. Don't be discouraged because it takes a little time, if you are feeling ruffled or anxious, even one or two of these quick steps will really help. Just on a personal note. I always start with the Central Connection. It works quickly to relieve most of the anxiety. I'm sure you will find your own favorites.

I THINK I HAVE ALWAYS USED THE CENTRAL CONNECTION JUST NATURALLY, USUALLY AS I GO TO BED AT NIGHT- THE ONLY DIFFERENT THING I DO IS WHILE CONNECTING THE ROOT CHAKRA TO THE CROWN CHAKRA- I RUN A RAINBOW OF COLORS AND WHITE LIGHT TO CLEAR AND CONNECT ALL.I VISUALIZE BRINGING A RAINBOW OF COLORS UP FROM THE CENTER OF THE EARTH, TROUGH MY ROOT CHAKRA, UP THROUGH ALL AND LEAVING THROUGH CROWN OUT INTO THE UNIVERSE–THEN I BRING WHITE LIGHT DOWN FROM THE UNIVERSE AND SEND IT THROUGH TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH. I REPEAT THIS UNTIL IT FEELS RIGHT– THEN I FINISH BY CHANGING THE WHITE LIGHT INTO A RAINBOW OF”SUBTLE ETHER-IC COLORS” ( DIFFERENT QUALITY, DIFFERENT TONE) -RUN THAT THROUGH TO BLEND INTO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH. I DO THIS WITH THE INTENTION OF CLEARING, ALIGNING, AND BALANCING ALL MY CHAKRAS THROUGH ALL BODIES / AND IN FINISHING WITH A RAINBOW FROM THE UNIVERSE INTO THE EARTH, MY INTENTION IS TO EXTEND THIS 'HEALING' TO THE EARTH ITSELF.

ALSO- TO CONNECT ONE HAND ON ANY CHAKRA AND RAINBOW BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THAT CHAKRA AND ANY PLACE ON YOUR BODY WITH PHYSICAL PAIN DOES WONDERS FOR RELEASING THAT PAIN.( HOLD YOUR OTHER HAND OVER PAIN FILLED AREA)

You are very welcome. I'm glad you found these acuholds of some value to you. I like the exercise you do with the central connection. I have used it, and really like it.
I am still having problems with the intensity of the body sensations after doing a particularly “on target” healing. It really seems to stir up my anxiety and leaves my body feeling like it is full of lactic acid, for a couple of days. I'm sure this is the toxins from the emotions that the body has been holding onto and are now trying to release.
I don't know if you read the link that I put in under Anxiety, but I have decided to work with the EFT practitioner that wrote that. We will see if I can get this anxiety disorder that just wants to keep hanging on, to a more manageable level, and as she says, “make friends with it, instead of trying to get rid of it”.
This PSTec really seems to have made me very determined to address this once and for all. I am continuing to use the click track for small issues, where I won't get myself into too much trouble and hopefully when I've worked out the anxiety issues with a practitioner that seems to understand it, I can then use the click track for most of my healing. It truly seems to be the most powerful and quick treatment that I have come across.
Meanwhile, I will hang out here occasionally and keep up with how its all working for everyone.

I AM GLAD TO HEAR HOW YOU ARE. I AGREE WITH THE EFT PRACTITIONER- MAKE FRIEND WITH IT- THIS ANXIETY IS DOING ITS JOB FOR YOU- IT THINKS IT IS PROTECTING YOU.
YOU ARE SO RIGHT, PSTEC IS A MOST POWERFUL AND QUICK TREATMENT. ONCE YOU FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE FROM YOUR ADDED WORK WITH THE EFT PRACTITIONER, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE THE CLICK TRACK TO RESOLVE ALL. JUST REMEMBER- FOCUS ON MEMORIES, NOT JUST FEELINGS OF ANXIETY. LOOK FOR ANY AND ALL TRIGGERS, LOOK FOR ANY IMAGES, THOUGHTS, BELIEFS, PROGRAMMING, OR POSITIONS.
I READ YOUR COMMENT UNDER ANXIETY THAT YOU NOW KNOW THIS HAS BEEN WITH YOU YOUR ENTIRE LIFE—SO LOOK BACK– AT WHAT AGE DO YOU REALLY KNOW THE ANXIETY WAS THERE. WHAT WAS GOING ON THEN? OR- – JUST , IF YOU HAVE HELD THIS YOUR ENTIRE LIFE, COULD THIS BE COMING FROM ANCESTRAL MEMORY OR PERHAPS A PAST LIFE. SOME THING TO CONSIDER.
