JSWellnessPeter – I downloaded your Mind Gardening and have a question. When I rate the overview, I am a little confused on the 1-10 scale. Regarding energy, health, peace of mind, etc., would the higher number mean more of the things? In other words, is 1 the worst and 10 the best? If I have great health would it be a 10? I don't think this is the same as rating negative emotions to CT. Am I correct? Also, I have used wealth of abundance 2 times so far. I find that I can't remember anything when I am done and I wind up asleep (?) for lack of a better term. I wake up by the end but I want to know if this is normal. Thanks again.
