    Hello Peter, unfortunately tonight the 'clunks' have once again caused the feeling of panic attack: heart pounding and cannot sleep. I have been 'clicking' using both EEF and PSTEC but have been unable to sleep. It is depressing: as said in my last message, I thought I had really significantly reduced the panic feeling when hearing the 'clunks' but obviously it has returned. As always, I will read any advice and try to take further action. Thankyou.
