Peter, when we CT on these memories that made us feel low self-worth, do we only have to “think” about the event while holding on to the feeling/emotion it causes, or do we need to “see” the event in your mind/imagination with our younger self in 1st or 3rd person?
Btw, Peter thanks for your advice to the questions in my previous thread. This PSTEC journey has been amazing so far!

There is no “have to” or “right or wrong” only what works best for you. Some experimentation might be required. The purpose of the Click Tracks is to de-link the negative emotions from the memories. The CTs need something to work on, the clearer, stronger the emotions the more you have a target to de-link. In low self esteem cases there is probably a lot of not well recalled “minor” incidents from a long time ago. These can be vague or blend together. If you have some accurate memories then great work on those, if not then if you can summon up the feelings and create a memory “cobbled together” from bits and pieces of your past and CT that, then this might be another way forward.
