Hi Brian, very impressive work and full marks for your perseverance. Just wondering, would you approach this differently now that we have Belief Blasters and PQT? What timescale might you expect to need to achieve similar?

Each person has a different situation as to the the deeper causes of their anxiety as in many instances they have multiple phobias running too.

There are so many ways to tackle any problem with the various PSTEC tools and PQT can really help dismantle things fast all by itself!

The reason I asked is that at the beginning you were pretty functional. By that I mean you were able to work and socialise. Even so, it took a lot of work and perseverance to get you through this process and, to be honest I would say perhaps 1 in 100 would work at it like that. As a therapist I see people who are in very bad shape with anxiety but the trouble is they often won't persevere and expect a quick fix. Pstec is great, as we know, but they expect a miracle cure in one or two sessions.
Most of us , like you, have an awful lot going on that we aren't aware of. It can be like opening Pandora's box so people can think they are getting worse when, in reality they are experiencing revelation. It's funny actually, because as I write this I've just remembered that the first time I ran a CT on a failed relationship I felt really angry the rest of the day  and guess what? I thought it hadn't worked!
I guess guidance, encouragement to persist and elegant use of the tools is the only way and those who are ready and willing will do the work.

I absolutely agree with everything you said. I had developed an entire unconscious coping mechanism/conditionings to deal with social situations of which to me were completely “normal”.

Yes, folks do look for a miracle cure/silver bullet. PSTEC can deliver that depending on the person, their situation, problem severity and past and can help having someone who knows what the problem is or can get to it quickly. This can really be advantageous when the person has personally resolved the issue in themselves.

This is a subject I've discussed quite a bit with other PSTEC practitioners.

I've done a lot of experimenting with the various tools and there are some ways to take entire conditionings out in a few hours e.g. caretaking, codependency/counterdependency, again provided you know what causes the problems. Otherwise it's a matter of self-discovery, self-troubleshooting, trying various things and figuring out what it's not. etc.

Belief blasters and now PQT have completely changed the game and yes what might have taken months even years previously can be knocked out in as little as 15 minutes with the right BB and/or PQT statement.

I will say there is a side benefit to No More Anxiety that I have shared with Tim. It has an ongoing effect that continues to grow your awareness and eliminate issues on the fly provided you have listened to it “long enough”. I haven't listened to it in many months and still see it working for me in new situations all the time. It gives me an advantage in that I know no matter what situation I encounter or choose to move into that if I experience any negative thoughts/feelings NMA will reveal it to me and release me from it and this includes all sorts of feelings not just “anxiety”. In my opinion, everyone could benefit from 70 days of No More Anxiety just for this benefit.
